AISwitchboard is designed for engineering workflow governance. We collect only information reasonably needed to operate the site, provide checkout, support customers, protect the service, and improve reliability.
Information we process
- Contact and account information you provide, such as name, work email, company, plan, and support messages.
- Checkout metadata handled through NOWPayments, including invoice identifiers, selected plan, payment status, currency, and transaction references. We do not store private wallet keys.
- Product workflow data you submit or connect, such as profile names, repository labels, task classes, model routes, account references, policy settings, rollback state, and audit events.
- Usage analytics such as page views, button clicks, checkout starts, device category, referrer, and UTM parameters.
Local secret mode
The service is designed to store account references and policy metadata rather than plaintext API tokens. You are responsible for protecting local tokens, private keys, repository credentials, and environment variables on your systems.
How we use information
We use data to provide the service, process purchases, maintain audit records, route support, prevent abuse, debug operational issues, measure conversion performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, routing, and analytics storage; NOWPayments for hosted cryptocurrency checkout; repository or CLI integrations if you choose to connect them; and email or support tools to respond to requests. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their processing.
Customer workflow content
You are responsible for deciding what session summaries, repository information, profile names, and audit evidence you submit. Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, regulated personal data, or production credentials unless a written agreement expressly covers that use.
Retention
We keep account, payment, support, analytics, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and preserve security evidence. We may aggregate or de-identify data for operational reporting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, and provider security features. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you should configure repositories, agents, and approval policies carefully.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable law provides those rights. Some records may be retained when needed for security, payment, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
International use
The service is intended for engineering teams in the United States, India, Europe, China, and other global regions. Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
